Template
During the “design meeting” the draft template will be designed, at the “content meeting” the final design will be presented for approval.
Add/Edit/Delete Content
Ocean CMS allows you to make changes to the Navigation/Categories/Pages of the website (no specialist software is required, changes are made through a web browser over the Internet).
E-Commerce
A shopping cart is provided compatible with paypal/worldpay/secpay (please enquire about other payment processors).
Unlimited Categories & Unlimited Pages/Forms/Links
The theoretical number of Categories/Pages/Forms/Links is unlimited, but is dependant on the storage space purchased (web hosting). Plain text pages take up very little space, and 100Mb is sufficient to store at least 150 full size images.
Unlimited Products/Product Options
The theoretical number of Products/Product Options is unlimited, but is dependant on the storage space purchased (web hosting). Plain text pages take up very little space, and 100Mb is sufficient to store at least 150 full size images.
Domain Name
12 months domain name registration/renewal (.co.uk or .com) is included in the “annual licence”, Other domain types are available, but this may incur an additional charge.
Web Hosting
12 months web hosting is included in the price, and a storage limit allocated to each package. Extra storage may be purchased should this be required.
Monthly Bandwidth
A “monthly bandwidth” allowance is allocated to each package. The bandwidth allowance should be sufficient for the package under normal usage, extra bandwidth may be purchased as required should your site receive a large number of visitors. Extra bandwidth may be permanently required for the next “ebay” or a site with a large cult following, extra bandwidth may be temporarily required for a large marketing campaign such as a TV advert or an advert in the national press.
Training & Support
During each meeting (design, content, launch, review) training and support will be available as required.
Support Tickets
Following the “launch meeting” support will be available in the form of support tickets, and each package is allocated a pack of support tickets per year (additional packs of support tickets may be purchased if required). One support ticket covers one incident and may require several conversations/emails to resolve the issue. Example incidents are “how do I do add/edit/delete a page/image/description” or “can you add/edit/delete add a page/image/description for me”.
Setup Fee
This is a “one time” fee covering the design and commissioning of the website.
Annual License
This is an “annual fee” covering the domain name registration/renewal and hosting of the website. The annual licence also includes support tickets and software updates (any additional features and bug fixes that become available).
